Enrico Casarosa’s watercolor pieces are always a joy to look at, and having an affinity for the mythic Kitsune (狐) — or magical fox — I was particularly drawn (no pun intended) to kitsune_dancethis one and thought it would serve as a good introduction to Casarosa’s art for any that have never knowingly seen it.  A multi-talented artist, he’s currently a high profile storyboard artist at Pixar Animation Studios, who in his “spare” time creates fantastic comics, vivid watercolors, organizes worldwide sketchcrawl events and is an unabashed fan of Hayao Miyazaki, which makes him good people in my book.  Please, do yourself a favor and visit his blog often to see what he’s working on, it’s always a hoot and you never know when you’ll run into kitsune!
